I called Dollar Plumbing on Sunday afternoon (of Labor Day weekend) for an emergency job I needed completing asap. I was surprised that the phone was answered quickly and the person assisting me with an appointment was very friendly and able to get me in the next morning at 7am. The plumber came out and fixed my broken pipe. The outside pipe hose bib that lead into the house broke inside the house and he fixed it quickly. He explained the scope of work throughly including the amount of stucco that would have to be removed. He was very clean with his work proving me recommendations on how to keep the shut on/off safe so the problem wouldn’t happen again. Overall very pleased.
We live in Pleasanton and have used Al for several plumbing needs over the past few years. Most recently we had an emergency late on a Saturday night when one of our shower faucets froze open. We had to turn off our water supply to the whole house to get it to stop. We called Al and he came over in 30 mins and fixed it. Great service at a very reasonable price! We totally trust Al and his professional staff. Highly recommended.

Let me first say when it comes to having someone come to my house to fix anything TRUST is a must and within the first 5 minutes I could tell Al is a trustworthy individual that takes great pride in his work.
I was in a bind and had a serious clog coming from the washing machine drainage pipe in the garage. I needed someone to come out rite away so I started searching Yelp and found Al at Dollar Plumbing.

Let me say since I know nothing about plumbing I was extremely pleased with their service and had no doubt that Al was an HONEST EXPERT. Best plumber for a great price. We had a leak and could not find the source. I called Dollar Plumbing and they were at my home before I arrived home from work. They discovered that copper pipes were connected to galvanized steel. This creates pinhole leaks in the copper pipes. They replaced the pipe and connection and it is good as new! Best of all, the cost was much less expensive than the other plumbers’ quotes. I will call Dollar Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

Local Livermore Plumber was on time, great price, very good workmanship, worked in the rain and cleaned up work area.
Highly recommended. I always support small business. Their overhead is usually lower that a larger company with many more employees. So final cost is usually less than other Plumbers.
I will have him back to do some other jobs.
